Newsha Djavadipour came to me with a vast archive of visuals, packed with incredible work but lacking a system to truly showcase it. I built a detailed Excel inventory capturing every piece’s story — titles, descriptions, keywords — laying the groundwork for smarter organization.

Using that inventory, I embedded all the metadata directly into the image files with PhotoMechanic and Lightroom, carefully balancing quality and file size. This ensured every file carried the right info wherever it traveled, making the portfolio searchable and efficient.
